Zhongxi hotel
Zhongxi Hotel is located in Zhongtianmen. The two-story guest room is quiet. At the west end of the courtyard, a stone square pavilion stands out from the rock, facing the virtual valley and uneasy four-walled pavilion. The food is very good. I ate wild vegetables when I went to Mount Tai ten years ago, but not this time. There are more than 100 kinds of wild vegetables in Mount Tai, mainly 31 kinds of wild vegetables. There are two ways to eat them. One is to blanch them in water, and the other is to fry them in egg white batter. We have eaten wild vegetables this time.
Grey vegetables, also known as snow-covered green salad, can also be fried or steamed.
Wild amaranth cold or fried
Portulaca oleracea cold or fried.
Pteridium aquilinum is a cold salad after being roasted.
Daylily on the top of Mount Tai is pale yellow and golden elsewhere. Different petals are also thick and tender and fragrant. Cold salad or stir-fry can also be used as soup.
Huoxiang is a Huoxiang Qiwan Huoxiang Shandong people read Huoyin River at first, but they didn’t know that it was a traditional Chinese medicine, Huoxiang leaves wrapped in noodles and fried.

Climbing to the Jade Emperor’s Peak and coming to the sea-exploring stone, you can’t turn to the back hill by the usual road. The path behind the mountain is narrow and some places can be quite dangerous without treatment. I once twisted my foot in Yunnan in April, and I was very careful because of an old injury, but the back hill is worth seeing. All the mountains stand upright, and all the rocks are tens of pens, causing a thick axe to split. Suddenly, there is a fog. Looking back, I can see that the Jade Emperor’s Peak is finished. I know from the birds that the pine forest in the mountains is not far away, but I can see it
At night, I saw a vast expanse of indistinguishable clouds at the gate of Zhang Kangkang Hotel. I thought of Tianjie, and the walkers advised us not to go to danger. We crouched on the stone fence to see how thick the clouds were, and it seemed that throwing an egg would not sink. It was always a vast expanse of whiteness. Seeing when to go back, Kang Kang said that when she was a child, she felt very magical when she saw the clouds entering the house. She didn’t want us to go back and pull the glass door, and the clouds came in front of us. It was a bit rude, as if someone had caught it.
On the night of leaving Mount Tai, the fog was so heavy that the visibility of the lights was two feet. The driver had been in Mount Tai for ten years, and the car was old Mount Tai. He said that foreign drivers were afraid to drive in this weather, so we left Mount Tai in a fog.
In the car, I think there are so many clouds in Mount Tai, why not grow tea? China drinks tea in Mount Tai Lingyan Temple, so Mount Tai is a tea tree. Mount Tai is as good as Mount Tai water. It must be great to make a suggestion to the Taishan Management Committee to try planting tea trees. Perhaps the Management Committee has already thought of coming to Mount Tai again, hoping to drink Taishan Rock Tea or Bixia New Green.
